Dr. William Neff has been practicing general dentistry since 1991 bringing 30 years of gentle, experienced dental care in Carlsbad, La Costa, and the surrounding communities. As a family-owned and family-centered practice, Dr. Neff is committed to helping you with all your dental and oral needs to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
Dr. Neff tries to ensure each and every dental visit is an anxiety-free and comfortable process. From toddlers to adults, any stressors are effectively addressed to help each patient improve and maintain their dental health and overall well-being. “I understand everyone has dental phobias and I am committed to providing quality and gentle dental care in a compassionate manner, creating a setting that reduces or eliminates fears.”
Dr. William Neff obtained his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1982 and obtained his Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Michigan in 1986.
Alongside his profession, family and outdoor activities are a passion of his. Outside of the office, you may find him rooting for his favorite baseball team, rollerblading, mountain biking, or skiing.

Meet Dr. Elmissir
Dr. E brings over two decades of dental experience to our practice. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry since 2004. His extensive clinical background, combined with a compassionate and thoughtful approach, makes him an excellent addition to our team.
Dr. E is dedicated to providing gentle, thorough care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. He believes that patients should always have options and takes the time to educate and guide each person through their treatment choices, helping them feel informed and confident every step of the way. Dr. E partners closely with patients to help them achieve their individual dental goals while viewing oral health as an essential part of overall wellness.
Originally from New York, Dr. E recently relocated to San Diego with his wife and their husky. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
