Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

We do take many insurance plans. For common questions about insurance see below. Our staff will prepare all the necessary forms for this important benefit. However, we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We can make no guarantee of any insurance plan coverage.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

We offer CareCredit health care financing programs. CareCredit can help you pay for dental treatments and procedures that we offer.

Insurance Questions:

Should I make dental treatment decisions based on what my insurance will pay?

No. Unfortunately many people do. Our dentist prefers to discuss a treatment plan's advantage and disadvantages with you independent of the constraints of your insurance policy.

How much does my insurance cover?

No insurance plan is intended to cover all of your costs. Some plans pay fixed amounts and others pay a percentage. We will work with you to determine what your insurance will cover.

Are most routine dental services covered by insurance?

Many routine dental services are covered. It is important that your discuss your limits of coverage with your employer and insurance company.

Who is ultimately responsible for paying my dentist?

When you agree to be treated by our dentist, you accept direct responsibility for payment of your treatment. Our staff will assist you in filing insurance forms, however, they can't guarantee any estimated coverage.

What does it mean when my insurance company states my dentist's fees "exceed usual, customary and reasonable (UCR)"?

It usually means that your insurance benefits are too low. If you have a more expensive policy, the insurance company will often pay a higher amount. Remember, you only get what you and your employer pay for less the profits of the insurance company.
